CLEAN II Supreme recessed Top Mounting
The Clean II Supreme is a certified and high-performance cleanroom luminaire designed for environments requiring stringent hygiene standards, the recessed top mounting version allows maintenance from the back, without need to enter into the cleanroom. Easy maintenance and fast installation with sidelit technology.
- Certified by the Fraunhofer Institute – Suitable for use in clean rooms of cleanliness class 1 to 9 as per DIN EN ISO 14644-1. Complies with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations
- Luminaire pre-wired using halogen-free leads
- Always check in advance the suitability of the cleaning conditions and cleaning agents used
- Chromaticity tolerance between multiple luminaires of up to 3 MacAdam ellipses
- LED service life: 50000 h before luminous flux is reduced to 90 % of the initial value
- Colour rendering CRI Ra > 80 and Ra > 90 for office applications
- Colour temperature 3000 K (warm white), 4000 K (cool white) and tunableWhite from 2700 K to 6500 K
- Housing made of welded black steel, with white, antistatic powder coating (resistant to oil vapors, chemical substances, disinfectants, and cleaning agents)
- Specially developed MPO+ micro-pyramidal optic designed to deliver high efficiency and standards-compliant glare-control UGR < 19
- Cover made of 4mm heat-treated safety glass (ESG) to reduce probability of spontaneous breakage
- Luminaire available via myCLEAN in: various CCT options, tunableWhite, asymmetric beam (MPA), emergency light, Casambi, microwave sensor, corridor function, BM Link or in combination
- Light engine replaceable from above without needing to enter the cleanroom
- Quick access panel on the back means all instillation wiring can be done without opening the back of the luminaire
- Recessed instillation using NIV sets for discreet, secure fixing with a range of ceiling types
- CL2 supreme antistatic coating was classified according to ISO 4628-1 and VDI 2083 Part 17 with overall ''excellent'' result for chemical resistance (Always check the certificate for more details)
