Sustainability through renovation

High power consumption, lack of spare parts for outdated luminaires and new EPBD requirements make modernisation essential. Especially for buildings in their second life cycle, reducing CO2 emissions and using existing spaces flexibly are becoming increasingly important. With our refurbishment kits, we offer fast, streamlined solutions – available in standard or custom versions – closing a critical loop in the circular economy by conserving resources and making your building fit for the future.

Funding and financing

We will carry out an initial lighting audit to accurately determine how much energy and CO₂ emissions you can save by modernising your lighting with LaaS. You will then receive all the key energy performance figures in accordance with the regulations, which you can then use for any funding applications or ESG reporting.
