Welcome to the Zumtobel Group Light Centre in Vienna. Covering the entire 19th floor of 1,500 m² in the IZD Tower, we present our world of light in the Light Centre with a 360° view over Vienna. This is where ideas become reality – light is made tangible, knowledge is shared, and innovation is embraced. We present innovative lighting solutions from our brands ZUMTOBEL and THORN, emphasising sustainability, design, and technology.
Whether retail, industry, office and education, health & care, outdoor luminaires or art & culture — our Zumtobel Group Light Centre Vienna showcases a wide range of applications.
Highlights include Smart building solutions such as ZUMTOBEL SLOTLIGHT LynX®, the new PANOS III Downlight series, and the modular TECTON II system. In the Art & Culture Cube, we demonstrate how targeted light distribution and various light colours can be utilised to narrate stories and dramatically showcase artworks. In addition to a broad range of light fixtures for indoor and outdoor use, we also present our portfolio for emergency lighting.
Our workstations embody the New Work philosophy: flexible workstations, customisable lighting, with integrated acoustic elements and advanced lighting technologies including stableWhite, tunableWhite, and ZUMTOBEL SPECTRUM, fostering a productive and inspiring environment.
In the THORN section of the Light Centre, we showcase our portfolio for Outdoor Luminaires as well as lighting for architecture and building environments. With NightTune technology, we create more environmentally-friendly outdoor luminaires by dynamically adjusting the light colour and intensity according to the time of day and usage. With the Diomede brand, we showcase luminaires for decorative façade lighting.
