140 kilometers of light strip for increased energy efficiency at the Audi plant in Győr
At the Audi plant in Győr, Hungary, Zumtobel has implemented an innovative lighting solution that meets the highest standards of efficiency and sustainability. The focus is on the TECTON LED continuous-row lighting system, which stands out for its high light quality, flexible adaptability, and simple installation. A total of approximately 140 km of continuous-row lighting was installed – approximately equivalent to the distance from Győr to Budapest. With this solution, Audi not only saves energy but also sustainably enhances the working conditions at the factory.
TECTON light strip system ensures optimal lighting conditions
The modular TECTON system by Zumtobel was specifically designed for industrial applications, including vehicle manufacturing. With high luminosity, uniform lighting, and integrated emergency lighting, it ensures optimal visibility in every phase of production. Thanks to its durable technology with up to 50,000 hours of operation and minimal maintenance, the solution fulfills all the requirements of a modern, forward-looking automotive plant.
